Day One: Fresh off the lot and having recently "learned stick", stalling it every chance I could get. Note the classic cars behind me, neighbor has some cool rides.
1 Month in: Applying Opti-Coat to keep that paint fresh!
3 Months In: Made some new friends on HWY-1
4 Months In: TV Shopping in style
5 Months In: Made a new friend
5 Months In: And then this happened....never again, but it was an interesting experience.
7 Months In: Still keeping the car immaculately clean
11 Months In: An early birthday present, TRD Cold Air Intake and Catback Exhaust
13 Months In: A visit to Big Sur
Months In: As she stands now
Hope you enjoyed the journey as much as I have, still some plans in the works.

Nice photo-log... It looks like you have really enjoyed the car...
No track days ?
How about door dings ?
First scrape ?
Those are events that build character.

Oh God. First scrape. I felt the underside of my WRX's front and my heart sank.
One's first new car is stress inducing.

Googled Opti-Coat as I had no clue what it was. Found what appears to be a very good detailer located VERY close to me due to the search. Win.
Love this pic BTW.

I have an autocross day scheduled later this year. First scratch was a doozy, 1 month in thanks to my asshat neighbor. Along the front fender and door, however, not very deep.
Believe me, I learned just how low this car is on day one. 45 deg driveway entries for me

Opti-Coat has made washing the car much easier, water beads perfectly and most things spray/wipe right off. I have yet to wax it.

Yellow EK is stripped out and gutted with a K20 swap. Unfortunately I don't really know the cars owner nor live in the area
